Not-So-Wicked Witch

Materials:

• Paper plate
• Green poster paint
• White craft glue
• 2 googly eyes
• Yellow wool
• Orange paper
• Black kokie
• Black cardboard paper
• Stapler and staples
• Scissors

Method:

1. Paint the paper plate green. I daubed the paintbrush onto the plate rather than painted normally as it creates a nicer effect.
2. Whilst drying, cut out a triangular shape from the orange paper for the nose.
3. Cut out a long, pointy triangle from the black card.
4. Cut out a long rectangle from the black card and staple it onto the bottom of the triangle to make the hat.
5. Cut about 10 or so long strands of yellow wool - try get them the same size.
6. Once the plate has dried, use the craft glue to stick on the googly eyes and nose.
7. To stick down the wool, spread craft glue at the top and down the side edges of the plate so that the wool sticks around the plate.
8. Staple the hat onto the paper plate. I stapled it once on each side to secure it in place - this is much easier than using glue!!
9. Use the black kokie to draw the mouth.
