This is a very nice activity for younger children to practice their shapes - specifically triangles and circles.
Materials:
- White cardboard paper
- Yellow paper
- Green paper
- Blue paper
- Scissors
- Pritt glue
- Black kokie
Method:
- Cut out 1 big circle from the yellow paper for the tummy.
- Cut out 2 smaller circles from the blue paper for the ears.
- Cut out a long triangle from the green paper for the face.
- Use Pritt glue to glue the shapes down. First the tummy, then the face and then the ears.
- Use the black kokie to draw in feet, arms, a tail and eyes.
