Materials:
- Poster paint
- White craft glue
- Wide-edged photo frame
- 30 or so puzzle pieces
Method:
- Paint the puzzle pieces the colour of your choice. It gives a cool effect if they are painted different shades of the same colour.
- Once COMPLETELY dried, use the craft glue to stick down the first layer of puzzle pieces onto the frame. Wait for this layer to dry.
- Repeat with a second and third layer or until you are happy with the effect.
Brilliant for older kids with good concentration.
Age Group: 6 years to 10 years
Estimated Time: 15 - 30 minutes
Messiness: Medium
Materials:
- Coloured cardboard paper
- Coloured ice-cream sticks
- White craft glue
- Scissors
- Buttons
- Glitter glue
Method:
- We started first by designing the frame on the A4 piece of card and came up with this design for a frame.
- We used white craft glue to stick it down onto the card.
- I then drew a very simple picture with glitter glue. Kgosi (age 8) decided to use one of his own photo's from his birthday to frame.
- We then cut the cardboard to size once everything had dried.
